Cake Decorating 101 introduces you to the essential techniques behind layer cake assembly and decoration. The perfect foundation whether you're a complete beginner or already curious about pastry.
What you'll learn:
Stacking and filling
Crumb coating
Achieving a smooth frosting finish
Piping techniques
Adding decorative details
By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with new skills, plenty of inspiration, and your very own uniquely decorated cake to enjoy and share. No experience required!
This cooking class will be given in English by Malachy.
